Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah Cyrus is all grown up! The 15-year-old rocked long blonde extensions and purple lipstick to Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday bash at Bootsy Bellows on Sunday, Aug. 9, and looked unrecognizable.

The teen completed her transformation by donning black skinny jeans, thigh-high boots, and a revealing crop top.

Noah posted numerous Instagram pictures showing off her new look, tagging one photo with a pal: “We literally dont care one bit (: isnt that right ken?”

Hours before venturing out in West Hollywood for the reality star’s big birthday bash, Noah hung out with her sister Miley.

“@noahcyrus my chauffeur / dance partner / lil sis / baby angel all in 1,” Miley captioned an Instagram video of Noah, looking more her age without makeup and her hair in two braids.
