A manager and an employee of a Lee County strip club face drug charges after members of the Lee County Joint Operations Group executed a search warrant on the Candy Factory.  

54-year-old Harvey Haars of Compton, Illinois, a manager at the club was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.    

Officers found more than 16 grams in his possession. 

Also arrested and charged with unlawful possession of cocaine is 24-year old Carley Foley of Loves Park, Illinois, an employee of the club.  

Detectives continue to investigate and other arrests are pending.  

The operation was conducted with the assistance of the Illinois State Police Blackhawk Area Task Force.
