'Everybody Knows Where I Stand'

Country music star Jason Aldean has made his political views clear after his wife posted a series of photos of the family sporting anti-Biden merchandise over social media on the weekend.

Brittany Aldean, 33, who describes herself as a "proud American" in her Instagram bio, posted a series of photos of her and the couple's two young children wearing clothing emblazoned with anti-Biden slogans.

"Rockin that @letmetakeyourselfie merch," the social media influencer wrote on her Instagram page on Sunday alongside a photo of her husband and herself wearing an 'Anti Biden Social Club', T-shirt. The slogan appears to be a spin on the popular Anti Social Social Club brand.

The snap is followed by a photo of the couple's two children, Navy, 2, and Memphis, 3, pictured smiling and holding hands in matching T-shirts that read 'Hidin' from Biden' in large block letters on the front.

The third and final image shows Aldean in a pair of knee-high snakeskin boots with her back to the camera while donning a T-shirt bearing the words 'Anti Biden Social Club' on the back. Three-year-old Memphis faces the camera and gives two thumbs up.

Many praised the family for being "not afraid to speak out" while others said it was unfair their children should wear political messaging at such a young age.

"Take notice that Jason is not wearing the clothing or making any statements," one person observed, prompting a response from the country music star himself.

"Don't kid urself," Jason Aldean replied in a since-deleted comment originally seen by Yahoo News. "I think everybody knows where I stand. Nice try tho!"

Conservative commentators Candace Owens and Tomi Lahren also joined the discussion.

"Omggggg," Owens gushed alongside a series of laughing emojis. "I love you wayyyy too much!" Tomi Lahren simply wrote: "Boom!!!"

Bravo star Kim Zolciak-Biermann also commented with a series of heart eye emojis, as did country singer RaeLynn.

Aldean tagged an account linked to the clothing and merchandise website Daddy T-45which sells a range of politically inspired wears.

As well as selling anti-Biden tees and hoodies, the site also boasts an "unvaxxed collection" with the words "unvaccinated" on the front.

Aldean has previously spoken out about how she doesn't care if people criticize her political views and urged others to not "bully" those who have differing views.

"I personally don't give a damn if people don't agree with me," the 33-year-old said during a question and answer segment on her Instagram Stories last month. "I think it's important now more than ever to stand for what you believe, even if it goes against the grain. Do your research, and form your own opinion — speak out if you wish. But most importantly, don't bully people who feel differently than you."

Newsweek has contacted Aldean for comment.
