The dates are being re-scheduled and will be announced shortly, according to the statement.
It is unclear if Manilow will be able to attend the Grammy Awards on Monday, where he is nominated for his latest album My Dream Duets.
Victoria Varela, Manilow's publicist, said the the singer is still 'perfectly healthy' and no longer in the hospital.
'Other than the dental issue, he is doing great,' she told CNN.
The news of his hospitalization will worry his fans in the UK.
He is expected to arrive in the UK in June for concerts in Leeds, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and London.
Manilow has had frequent dental treatment ever since 1986, when he was rushed to the hospital after a benign tumor ruptured in his upper jaw.
'I had to sign a statement saying that if they needed to remove half my mouth I would let them do it,' he later said. 'They told me I nearly died.'
Dental surgery sent him rushing back to the hospital again in 1999.
In 2015 Manilow announced that he was finally embarking on his last major tour.
'It doesn't mean I'm retiring or anything,' he told Billboard. 'I'll do shows and I'll promote albums if I make any more, but no more big tours.'
'It's too much packing. It's 40 years - more than that, really - of packing and waiting for room service.'

'People think it's glamorous, but glamorous is the last word I would use for this job... I haven't gone sightseeing, ever. It's a job.'
Manilow told Billboard the show would be one of the longest he has done 'for awhile' and filled with as many of his well-known songs as possible.
'I'm trying to get in as many of the big hits as I can,' he said. 'Hopefully people will remember them, but I'm going to do them anyway.
