Stepping out! Amanda Seyfried rocked her engagement ring for the first time on a red carpet at the Heaven on Earth Gala in North Hollywood, California, on Saturday, September 24.
The Ted 2 actress, 30, showed off the bling — an understated (and unconventional!) dainty gold band from her love, Thomas Sadoski — while clad in a fall floral Dior dress with a ruffled neckline. She finished her ensemble with pointed-toe pumps.
Seyfried was first spotted with the simple stunner on September 6 while walking her beloved Australian shepherd, Finn, around NYC. Reps for the couple confirmed the lovebirds’ engagement exclusively to Us Weekly less than a week later on September 12.
A source close to the couple told Us, “Tommy and Amanda recently got engaged and shared the happy news with family and close friends.”
The Les Miserables actress and the Newsroom actor first met in 2015 while costarring in the off-Broadway play The Way We Get By. They then reconnected earlier this year while filming The Last Word. As Us Weekly exclusively revealed, the pair started dating in March.
This will be Seyfried’s first marriage. (She previously dated Dominic Cooper and Justin Long.) Sadoski split from his wife of eight years, Kimberly Hope, in the summer of 2015.
